Join us for an intentional and conscious dance experience at the beautiful Dock Studios in Port Adelaide; where we curate a vibrant and welcoming dance floor for our community of dancers to explore, express, connect and feel.

We provide a multilayered live sound journey shared either by multi-instrumental musicians and mixers, or talented music curators, and a pre-dance guided meditation experience for guests to tune in deeper to themselves and to get the most out of the experience.

The layers of self you choose to explore, witness, observe, shift, and move; are entirely up to you!

Take this event as deeply as you want to!

Arrive at 6.30 PM, so you have half an hour to settle in and get organised before we begin a grounding opening ceremony, and guided meditation starting at 7.00 PM.

Next, hang tight for the beatz, as you are guided into light movement to get out of the mind and in to the heart and body.

Then, we’re free to fully move on the dance floor led by the intuition of our own body, and hopefully by this point, we’ll for sure be OUT of our minds and one with the rhythm.

No thought, no mind. Just dance, freedom and expression.

We’re in for a treat this May, as DJ JENK will be leading the dance floor; sharing with us an intentionally crafted DJ journey of sound for us to move with.

This is JENK’s first time playing at Dance at the Dock, and we’re in for some real vibez; as he specialises in Ecstatic Dances, Cacao Ceremonies, Festival Sets, and more.

Nearing 9.00 PM we wind down with a closing ceremony.
